What should I wear/bring to visit My Son?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes (such as tennis shoes) for most tours. Sandals and other open toe or heel shoes are not recommended. For Jeep Tours, we suggest you wear a hat and sunglasses and apply sunscreen before your tour.

You definitely should not wear long sleeves if you go there in summer, because there is quite a lot of walking to do, and it gets really hot.

You should bring water  as it gets seriously hot in the My Son sanctuary! There is a little shop on site selling gifts, ice creams and drinks and is perfect for a short stop.

Don’t forget your camera or video camera – the photo opportunities are amazing!

Will there be other people in the vehicle with my party?

A private tour is run exclusively for you, your own families or friends with no other strangers. You may choose an ideal private tour on our website. Alternatively, we can customize an itinerary in line with your specific wishes.

And it is best to visit in the late afternoon when the tour groups have departed.

The park is open from 6:30 to 17:00, but the later  afternoon hours are calmer and not too hot.

If you do not like the crowded, you should book tour “ Sunrise tour to My Son sanctuary” on our website. Tour starts at 5:30 a.m through the countryside and local villages, and returns hotel at 11:00 a.m.
